But after I phoned and spoke to a very helpful lady (whose name escapes me), I decided to place an order via your web site. I am glad to report that I am very impressed with the service that I received. I was informed by email every step of the way, all queries where handled promptly and my telescope arrived within the specified time frame. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the fact that around about the same time that the telescope was delivered to my office cloud cover mysteriously appeared over Port Elizabeth, so I sit with a nice new display piece in my dinning room, while having to view the cosmos through Stellarium, which incidentally, I found through your website.
